Thank you
With the weather so beautiful I seem to not be able to get enough sun. I am enjoying spending the afternoons in my garden with my paints! Watercolor 9"x12"
With Valentines Day almost upon us I celebrated with some of my students a bit early. We had fun painting lots of things red today! Chocolate covered strawberries and roses and rannaculas. It was a fun day that I was able to spend with friends.
I did a commission piece for my chiropractors wife. She almost lost her dog this last year and he wanted to have the dog painted for her. I used pastels on suede mat board which is a wonderful surface for doing fur. Here is the progressive painting.
I did these snowmen early this year and I really like them. I am getting ready to turn them into quilt patterns but I will need to simplify for the applique. I also think that next year I am going to make these into Christmas cards for Quilters. What do you think???
I just added these pears to my fours series. I want to do more but need to move on, I might revisit this project soon since Randy bought me a jar of green stuffed olives that are just begging to be painted.
